- Change of Mind: If you've changed your mind, that's okay too! You can return the item within 10 days. Please note, in this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Our Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs to ensure you are not out of pocket.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you've changed your mind, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
Sale Items: All sale items are final—so please be sure before making a purchase as these items cannot be returned or refunded.
Quick Shipping Promise: We strive to ship items quickly. Orders placed by 1:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
Damaged Items: Please report any damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll address the issue promptly by offering a replacement or store credit, depending on what you prefer.
